Join me this Fall for 6 weeks of specialized ceramic art education!
I aim to encourage kids to explore their imagination and guide them in bringing their ideas to life. Our work with clay will enhance fine motor and visual communication skills. We'll learn to talk about our ideas in a cozy and supportive setting that values encouragement, experimentation and FUN :).
Students will explores the basics of wheel throwing and handbuilding, to create both functional home wares and non-functional sculptures. We'll learn about new artists and shine light on the many local artists and galleries that surround us. All items are dishwasher safe and show students the possibilities for surrounding yourself with your ideas.
All materials and firing fees are included.
What To Bring
There are no make ups for this class. Full refunds are offered if cancellation happens up to 2 days before a class starts. No refunds less than 48 hours before the class begins. It is free to transfer credits to another class or service as long as there is room available.
